rtp99 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit if it cannot be confirmed as originating from a source registered to the account holder, or if the deposit is suspected to be connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, at which point the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal in the normal manner.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming and commercial law.
In the event of a dispute between rtp99 and a Member, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. Members should contact rtp99 support with a detailed description of the complaint. rtp99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
